Happy Halloween, and
Happy Parispalooza Eve! Tomorrow, I leave for Paris, the city of my dreams. I
can hardly believe it! Paris has even stolen the spotlight of Halloween, but I
don't mind! Go ahead Paris, take any holiday you want, I can not wait to see
you! (Except Christmas, don't you dare touch Christmas.) After a dreadful day
of school that seemed to last forever, I went out to the Bookworm Café with
Paige and Julie where Mag was throwing a small Halloween party. She served
Halloween-themed cakes, cupcakes (chocolate cupcakes with orange flavored and
colored icing, spookily delicious!), along with her traditional scones, coffee,
and tea. Julie, Paige and I snagged some children's coloring pages and started
coloring them ourselves, not staying inside the lines, trying to enjoy as much
faded childhood as we could! My coloring was atrocious, but Mag hung it up on
the window for everyone to see anyway. Happy Halloween to me! =) After enjoying
a little Halloween fest at the Bookworm, I went home for the evening to make
some pasta dinner, pack for Paris, and relax for the evening. I know, I know,
not exactly a thrilling Halloween festival in France, but there is no way I am
going to lose sleep and miss my 6 am tram to PARIS! Besides, I'm going to pretend
it's not Halloween: It's Parispalooza Eve! <3
